Breakfast:
Served in the main dining room, from 0800 to 1030.
Seasonal fruits, accompanied with yogurt, honey, natural juices, coffee, tea, chocolate. (shredded meat, black beans, cheese, cream and “perico criollo”)."criollo el Encanto" Arepitas made when ordered. And a variation of it, depending on the stay of our guests.

Dinner:

These are served in the main dining room and on the terrace. Between 1830 and 2100.

Appetizer-Main-Dessert.
Normally we have two options for dinner, two entries, and two main dishes as well as the menu for children.

Entries:

Vegetable cream, chicken or shrimp soup, salads (mango, goat cheese, pineapple, etc.)
 
Main:

Black roast in prunes sauce
Roasted loin
Baked lamb 
Chicken in fine herbs
Chicken with goat cheese, among others.
