Flavors that remain in memory are felt in our meals, breakfast time becomes an event, surrounded by several varieties of hummingbirds feeding in our feeders, good music and tranquility provides an additional ingredient to the enjoyment of all our senses, dinner time on the other hand, transforms into a magical moment with torches and candles lit on the all the sidewalks, where the sound of the river and the wind take us to a special place.

For extended stays we offer different variations of these breakfasts.

We always start with a good wine, and then we serve a first dish, which is generally a good cream of fresh vegetables  of carrot, beet, mushroom, asparagus, potatoes, peas, cauliflower, cabbage, yellow corn. Cultivated in the area.

Accompanied by delicious homemade bread, freshly baked, and butter.

For the second plate we have a range of different risottos, cakes of mushrooms, asparagus, chard and ricotta, homemade pasta, and different ways of preparing chicken and meats, always accompanied by fresh lettuce cultivated in our own garden.

Finally we complete with a selection of desserts, which are always different: crostata rhubarb, strawberry or blackberry with cream, lemon pie, bizcocho, tres leches, quesillos, floating Island, coconut cake, chocolate, brownie with almonds, carrot cake with granola, banana cake.

Local grown coffees or infusions to prolong the enjoyment.

 

And for children there will always be an adequate and nutritious menu.

The dedication to our meals it is such, that it is impossible to serve lunch, there are alternatives to do so in the area, it will be our pleasure to guide you.
