Our cuisine is the soul of our house, open to your eyes to share with you our commitment to the quality of our ingredients, the strength of our tastes, our emotions in the implementation of the dishes, and proud to say that the Venezuelan cuisine has a unique taste and aroma.

There are products that are not from the country but that are part of our culture, because they were taught from generation to generation.

We have combined the traditional flavors of the different regions, with European cuisine and some touch of pacific condiments providing a very rich cuisine, the flavors and aromas are combined to please the taste of our guests.

Our dinners consists in 4 dishes; entree, intermediate plate, sorbet, main dish, dessert, coffee infusions accompanied by our house wine, wich are preceded by our apetizers. For our specials guests we have a premium wine menu, a selection of tobacco, aged rums that can be enjoyed in our terrace.
