Located in the Venezuelan Andes just 7 Kms. from the town “El Cobre ”, at an altitude of 2,300 meters above sea level, and an average temperature of 14 ° C. It is a 58 hectares farm which starts at a valley on the shores of a natural spring “La Huerfana” and ends at the “Agrias” at 3,300 meter above sea level, creating numerous trails for mountain walks, bird observation, and self meditation. We have also discovered routes for Biking for all levels.

The pleasure of good food, nutrition, care and personal health assessment, are implemented in our kitchen. Recipes that show the versatility of the different types of dough, from the crunchy puff pastry and even the delicate brioche and brittle butter. We also have all kinds of tarts mushrooms, asparagus, chicken, zucchini and tomatoes, accompanied by fresh green leaves, succulent roasted vegetables, herbs, cheese and spices, all those served as a main dish, both in our special menu, or in an informal meal outdoors. For meat lovers, we offer our delicious goulash, steak with mushrooms, or if you prefer a delicious barbecue outdoors. This served with different types of homemade breads like, “campesino”, rosemary, milk, oregano and delicious creams made from yogurt, prepared by us. Our emblematic dessert, the rhubarb cake with apple and ginger, cultivated in our garden and served hot in the table to enjoy with a good coffee or with an infusion of herbs from our gardens. 

Have a unique breakfast in the company of hummingbirds, rolls baked at the moment, local cheese, jams produced and packaged in our farm, natural fruit juices, yogurt, coffee, chocolate or infusions, these are only some of our options.
