Hato Cristero
Hato cristero was born with the concern of the Concha family, thus converting a simple farm in what we today call Hato cristero, formed by 1100 hectares.
Born to the public in 1994, and showing typical values of our region as our music, cuisine, flora, fauna and our landscapes. With seasons of drought and rainfall totally defined, thus ensuring the concentration of wildlife throughout the year, consolidating us as a protective zone for chigüires, babos (baby aligators) and other species over the past 10 years. We are working hard to become a biological station.
We feel a strong commitment with our guests to continue improving on a daily basis and continue with the pursuit of excellence...
We have 3 modules distributed in 12 private rooms with a maximum capacity of 45 people. Our rooms are equipped with hot water, private bathroom, mini-bar, air conditioning, safe, hairdryer, national TV, and Internet.


We have a strong family tradition to cook for our guests using products and animals from our own farm. Also we use traditional tools like the clay oven. One of the most famous dishes is the oven roasted pig and our maize arepas, as well as other gastronomical surprises. We are famous for our delicious catalinas.(pictured above on the left).
